The Revere Golf Club — Concord

About The Revere Golf Club — Concord

Concord is the newer of the two courses at The Revere in Henderson, built after Lexington. Billy Casper and Greg Nash designed both; their partnership dates to 1986, and their courses lean on multiple tees, wide landing areas, big greens and risk-reward choices. Casper won two U.S. Opens and a Masters.

It plays through the same desert canyons and foothills, with the Strip and the mountains in view. It's 7,034 yards and par 72, with Bermuda fairways and large greens. In winter the fairways are overseeded with ryegrass while the rough stays Bermuda, which gives it the two-tone look the club likes to point out.

Rounds include a shared cart, two to a cart, and the target pace is 4 hours 35 minutes. Buckman's Grille in the clubhouse looks out over the Strip.

It's one of 8 courses in Henderson on Yoink, and The Revere Golf Club — Lexington is practically next door — handy when your first choice is booked solid.
