About Charles T. Myers Golf Course
Myers is one of Mecklenburg County's public courses, in east Charlotte a few minutes off I-85 and I-485. It sits on the former Harrisburg Road landfill, at one of the highest elevations in the city, so you get views and a real sense of being away from town. Bill Love designed it; it opened in 1986 and grew to 18 holes in 1997. The greens are Mini Verde Bermuda.
