About Pebble Creek Golf Club
Pebble Creek Golf Club is closed. The course shut down on July 31, 2021, after the owner had spent years trying to sell it, and GolfPass lists it as closed for business on the same date. There are no tee times to book.
It was a Bill Amick design from 1967, par 71 at 6,436 yards, according to GolfPass. Since it closed, the land has been fought over: Hillsborough County commissioners voted 5 to 2 in July 2023 to deny rezoning it for housing, and in July 2025 an appeals court upheld that denial of a plan for more than 250 houses, according to the Pebble Creek Village HOA.
It's one of 9 courses in Tampa on Yoink, and Heritage Isles Golf & Country Club is practically next door — handy when your first choice is booked solid.
