About Glade Springs Village - Stonehaven

Stonehaven is the big course at Glade Springs, the resort and home community in Daniels, in southern West Virginia. The Glade Springs Village property owners association runs it along with the Woodhaven course, and it takes public tee times as well as members. Tom Clark designed it, and it opened to visitors in 2003.

This is mountain golf. The routing loops around both sides of 69-acre Chatham Lake and through maple, beech, hickory and oak, with rock outcroppings along the way and as much as 80 feet of elevation change on a single hole. It stretches to 7,203 yards from the black tees, and the course makes a point of its mix of par 3s and par 5s. Expect some uneven lies.

Golf Digest ranked it sixth in West Virginia in its 2015/2016 edition. The resort's own Cobb Course is a separate George Cobb design, so make sure you're booking the right one.
