About Loomis Trail Golf Course

Loomis Trail is a public 18 just south of Blaine, near Semiahmoo Bay, and the thing everyone knows about it is the water. Water and wetlands come into play on all 18 holes, and Bellingham's visitor bureau says it carries one of the highest slope ratings in Washington. The ground itself is fairly flat, so the trouble is lateral, not uphill. Pick targets, and bring extra balls. The same page calls the greens consistently smooth, fast and true.
