About Kwiniaska Golf Club
Kwiniaska sits just above Shelburne village, and on a clear day you see the Green Mountains one way and the Adirondacks across Lake Champlain the other. Brad Caldwell built the original course in 1965.
The course you play now is much newer. Robert and Marcia Nappi bought the club in the fall of 2017 and hired PB Dye in 2018 to redesign it, making it the only Dye course in Vermont. The new 18 debuted in May 2020.
It's a par 70 with three sets of tees, from 4,542 yards to a bit over 5,800, so it's short on paper. It's semi-private, the season runs May through October, weather permitting, and there's a walking rate if you'd rather carry.
