About Corey Creek Golf Club
Corey Creek sits in a valley in Tioga County, two miles east of where Routes 15 and 6 meet and a few minutes from downtown Mansfield. It opened in 1927 as a nine-hole course and grew to 18 in 1969, and the club is planning its 100th anniversary for 2027.
The course works the rolling hills of the Endless Mountains into a par 72. The greens are bentgrass, quick and undulating, and water comes into play on 12 holes, so keep a spare ball handy. There are five sets of tees, from blue to orange, and the club adds new tee boxes every other year. It's a member club that welcomes the public, with a restaurant, a bar and a PGA professional in the shop.
It's one of 9 courses Yoink watches in the North Central PA area, and the closest alternative is Tyoga Golf Course, about 17 miles away — handy when your first choice is booked solid.
