About Centerton Golf Club

Centerton sits inside Parvin State Park, and the course describes itself as a mix of tree-lined holes and open links-style ones, so some holes are framed by trees and others are open. There are four sets of tees, and the club has been at it for more than 50 years as an affordable family course.

It shares ownership with White Oaks in Newfield under EGM, and since 2021 the two clubs have played the Battle for Route 40, a two-day Ryder Cup-style match between their golfers. The sixth one was set for June 27-28, 2026. The clubhouse has a liquor license, so leave the cooler at home: no BYOB, no coolers or backpacks on the course, and no rental clubs, so bring your own set.

It's one of 30 courses Yoink watches in the South Jersey & the Shore area, and the closest alternative is Running Deer Golf Club, about 2 miles away — handy when your first choice is booked solid.
