About Harrison Hills Golf Club

Harrison Hills started in 1924 as a William Langford nine on 200 acres of rolling ground in Attica, and it's been 18 holes since 1996. In the mid-1990s Indiana architect Tim Liddy added the new holes, mostly on flat farmland, and he had to move a lot of dirt to get the raised greens and deep bunkers Langford found in the land. Midwest Golfing's writer says you can tell who built each hole.

The Langford holes are the draw: rollercoaster fairways, raised and heavily contoured greens, and his trademark steam-shovel bunkers sitting well below the putting surfaces. The 15th, an uphill dogleg right to a blind landing area, has been the signature hole since 1924, with two bunkers about 20 feet below the green. On the map survey 10 of the 18 holes are tree-lined and only 2 have water. Course character from OpenStreetMap contributors' survey data.

The club is a member of the Langford and Moreau Society and hit 100 years in 2024; the Tudor clubhouse dates from 1924 too. Golfweek named it one of the top 10 courses you can play in Indiana in 2025 and 2026, per the club. It has hosted a U.S. Senior Open qualifier, state open and state amateur qualifiers and the IGA Girls State Junior Amateur. O'Neal Golf Management runs it.
