About Mill Run Golf Course
Mill Run is the older half of the Wild Ridge and Mill Run public facility on Eau Claire's Kane Road, and it has been a Chippewa Valley regular for more than 35 years. Where Wild Ridge is the long one, Mill Run is about 6,000 yards from the back tees and 4,750 from the front, and the course pitches it as walkable. Short doesn't mean easy: the defense is well-placed hazards, bunkers and greens with subtle breaks, in a quiet, park-like setting.
