Tiffany Greens is a Robert Trent Jones Jr. course in the Northland, just off I-29 near Kansas City International Airport. Developer John Q. Hammons built it to host professional golf, and it opened in 1999 with stadium-style mounding for galleries. It hosted the TD Waterhouse Championship, a Champions Tour event, from that first year through 2002.
It's a big course: 7,034 yards and par 72, with five sets of tees, zoysia fairways and elevated tee boxes. Six greens are guarded by lakes, and the green surrounds roll, so a miss next to the green can leave an awkward chip. The 27,000-square-foot clubhouse holds the golf shop, a restaurant and banquet space.
Maxim Golf took over management in December 2025 and started work right away: the bunkers are being rebuilt with the Better Billy Bunker drainage system, the clubhouse got a new roof in January 2026, and crews cut back the overgrown lake edges over the winter.
