About Fox Bend Golf Course

Fox Bend has hosted the Illinois Open three times. Jim Urban won it here in 1979 at 208, Marty Schiene shot 11 under in 1997, and in 1999 an amateur, Adam Turner, took it at 9 under. That's a lot of state-championship golf for a public course on Route 34 in Oswego.
