About Pali Golf Course
Pali is one of six municipal courses run by the City and County of Honolulu, and the one with the view. It sits on the Windward side along the foothills of the Koolau range, a hillside course with the mountains above and Kaneohe Bay out in front. It's seven miles from downtown Honolulu, about 30 minutes from the Waikiki hotels.
From the men's tees it's 6,605 yards, par 72, rated 71.1 with a 113 slope. The women's card is par 74 at 6,121 yards and plays tougher by the numbers (74.5 rating, 127 slope). Expect uneven lies on the hillside. The pro shop is a Power Golf Hawaii concession with rental clubs and hand carts; the restaurant and snack bar are vacant for now, so bring what you need.
It's one of 26 courses Yoink watches in the Oahu area, and Bay View Golf Course is practically next door — handy when your first choice is booked solid.
