Tom Jackson cut it through a pine forest on the shore of the 71,000-acre Strom Thurmond Reservoir, and South Carolina State Parks says the lake is visible or in play on every hole. There are no condos, houses or roads along the fairways, and no fairways running side by side, so it's you, the trees and the water.
