About Eureka Municipal Golf Course
Eureka's course is short, 5,713 yards and par 70, but it isn't a pushover. It's a traditional coastal layout through redwoods and rhododendrons, with tree-lined fairways, small undulating greens, several ponds and a creek that winds through most of the holes. The course is an Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary, was a 2004 GCSAA and Golf Digest ELGA merit winner for public facilities, and received a City of Eureka proclamation for its environmental work. Keep an eye out for red-tailed hawks, osprey and deer.
