About Swenson Park Golf Course
Swenson Park's 18, which the club now calls the Oak Course, is the City of Stockton's classic parkland layout, designed by Northern California architect Jack Fleming and opened in 1952. The name fits. Valley Oaks come into play on most holes, and the club says some of them are more than 200 years old. Miss a fairway and you'll be working around a trunk or under a limb.
